Now does the Holy Spirit have intellect? Yes, the Holy Spirit has intellect because the bible says in john 14 vs.26, that the Holy Spirit will teach you all things, and will bring to remembrance whatsoever I have said unto you.

Now is it possible for someone who doesn’t have intellectual abilities to teach? No. it is only those who has intellectual abilities that teach. So the Holy Spirit has intellect.
