Maranatha Awards is a part of Maranatha Global Worship Music Awards which is facilitated by Global Music Revival Ministry that was founded by Brian Trigga.
Mercy Chinwo, vocalist and songwriter was named "Best Female Minister" 2020 at the award ceremony, while label mates Judikay and GUC won "Best Breakthrough Minister Female" & "Best Breakthrough Minister Male" Award respectively.
