Stop The Killings - Pope Francis tells Buhari

Pope Francis has condemned the killing of over 40 people by armed religious militias in Southern Kaduna, Nigeria, tasking President Muhammadu Buhari with finding ways to stop the killing of Nigerians across the country.
 
Over 40 people were killed by armed religious militia in Southern Kaduna, Nigeria, over the weekend, he said. 

The Holy Father expressed his heartfelt condolences to those who died and those who were injured.

"I pray for those who have died, for those who have been injured and for the entire Nigerian population. 

"I hope that the safety of all citizens in the country will always be guaranteed," the Pope added.
