Building under construction collapses in Ikoyi (video)

Along Mosley Road in Ikoyi, a building under construction has collapsed into a heap.

 

The incident occurred on Monday November 1st, and a large crowd has gathered at the scene. At the scene, construction workers can be seen panicking. It's still unclear whether anyone is trapped beneath the rubble.
