A 19-year-old, Jack Sweeney, has turned down an offer of $5000 from billionaire Elon Musk to remove a Twitter handle tracking the movements of his private plane.
Sweeney, a freshman at the University of Central Florida, created a Twitter handle that helps track the location and movement of private jets used by billionaires, and Musk's jet is one of them.
According to the Daily Mail, the Tesla boss had messaged Sweeney last year, offering him $5,000 to delete the bot account due to security concerns, but the freshman declined.
Instead, he asked Musk for an internship at Tesla or SpaceX.
The teenager told the Daily Mail on Wednesday that he would be interested in an internship at either Tesla or SpaceX, but he has yet to hear from Musk on his proposal.
