Sylvester Oromoni, a Dowen College student, died of "acute lung injury owing to chemical poisoning amid a backdrop of physical force trauma," according to an autopsy.
Clement Vhriterhire, a consultant pathologist at the Central Hospital Warri, performed an autopsy on Saturday.
Oromoni was said to have died from injuries acquired in a school attack by five senior pupils for reportedly refusing to join their cult.
After efforts to save his life failed, the 12-year-old kid died on November 30, 2020.
Dowen College disregarded his father's assertion that his child had been beaten and given a liquid chemical.
Adding that, the youngster was injured while playing football with his classmates.
