Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo Accused of Owing Church Workers Salaries

0
Nnenna Kalu-Ude, a former chorister of Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA) in Abuja, has accused Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, the church's founder, of failing to pay church workers' salary.

Kalu-Ude claimed in a social media post that many of those affected were frightened to speak up.

She said that the pastor and his wife were to blame for the death of her friend, Tega, who was also a choir member, and that she had been mistreated.

She further accused the pastor of using occultic power to silence his detractors, alleging that those who speak out about the "evil" going on in the church either become ill or die unexpectedly.

"Dearest Tega, your death was so unnecessary but it will not go unchecked or unpunished. I’m so broken.

"@BiodunFatoyinbo@ModeleFatoyinbo@BnbLadies and all your sycophants who move at your command.

"People may not speak because they are afraid of you, I don’t blame them. I was like them too. But I’m no longer afraid. I left my fear by your gate on the day of my last worker’s meeting in your cult.

"I’ve never seen such cruelty; not paying workers’ salaries for months but expecting them to still show up every day.

"Driving them out of the house even to point of nearly putting Catherine on the streets. Clearing the entire house of every furniture and appliance so that those that were still left would leave."

Fatoyinbo isn't a stranger to controversy. Busola, the wife of popular singer Timi Dakolo, accused the preacher of raping her multiple times while she was a church member in 2019, read (here)

But when approached for comment, one Eyitayo Fatogun, a COZA officer, who answered the phone, sought a written note before responding.

"Write to us," the voice on the other end said.
