After news leaked that he had gotten a US-based lady pregnant, gospel singer Sammie Okposo took down a message on Instagram in which he apologized to his wife and followers.

Recall that, in a statement released on Tuesday, the musician admitted to getting intimate with a lady while on a trip to the United States.
Okposo also apologized to his wife and announced that he would be withdrawing from "ministry activities" in order to "make peace with God," read (here).
According to our findings on the singer's Instagram page on Wednesday morning, the apology post had been erased.
The news comes after Okposo's name was deleted from the roster of artists scheduled to appear at Dunamis International Gospel Centre's (DIGC) performance on January 28.
The musician was originally set to perform among other gospel artists such as Sinach, Nathaniel Bassey, and Chioma Jesus during the occasion.
However, Okposo's name was removed from the list of guest artists in an updated flier released by Paul Enenche, the church's senior pastor, on Tuesday.
