Davido Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has lamented over the non-issuing of a certificate to his uncle Senator Ademola Adeleke, who won the just concluded Gubernatorial elections in Osun State.
According to him, "48hrs after our @AAdeleke_01 victory at the Osun Gubernatorial elections
we are yet to receive our certificate.
@inecnigeria should we send you fuel money? LOL
Please no one should tamper with the will of the Osun People!
Issue the certificate as required by Law!" (Sic)
Senator Ademola Adeleke, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party was declared the winner of the Osun governorship election The Independent National Electoral Commission on Sunday.
The Returning Officer for the election and Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, announced that Adeleke got a total of 403,371 votes beating the incumbent, Adegboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, who got 375,027 votes in a keenly contested race, read here
