According to USA Today, a federal jury on Wednesday gave Vanessa Bryant a $16 million verdict following an 11-day civil trial in which the details of the horrific images that were shot and distributed were discussed in graphic detail.
The judgement was announced on August 24, which is Kobe Bryant Day in Los Angeles and honors the jersey numbers the late NBA legend wore while playing for the Lakers for 20 years.
"All for you! I love you!" Vanessa Bryant captioned a photo of herself, Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna all smiling that she shared. "JUSTICE for Kobe and Gigi! 8•24•22."
