Police suspend two officers over TikTok videos

Obaze Blessing and Obaze Emmanuella Uju, two supernumerary police officers, have been suspended by the Nigeria Police Force due to misconduct and violations of social media policy.

Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Force's public relations officer, revealed this on Friday via his Twitter account.

Speaking in the video he posted on his Twitter page, he claimed that the two female police officers painted a negative picture of themselves in the viral TikTok they uploaded.

"Above all, they portrayed themselves in the viral video and other videos as undisciplined and unprofessional in contravention of the police social media policy."
