Thomas Tuchel was fired last week as manager of the Chelsea football club following the team's dismal start to the season, which was compounded by a loss in their opening European match.

The German international is believed to be the cause of the Blues' erratic start to the season, and the board at Stamford Bridge had had enough after Tuesday's 1-0 Champions League loss to Dinamo Zagreb, Strenuousblog reports, read here.
