Costa, who is singer and dancer, was born in 1995 in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, and is well known for his songs Nkalakatha and Activate.
He reportedly had a seizure during his performance at the Ukra music concert at Expo Centre in Nasrec, Johannesburg, on Saturday, March 11th. Unfortunately he died aged 27.
