Tunde Bakare Vows to Never Call Tinubu 'My President'

Pastor Tunde Bakare, one of the presidential aspirants in the 2023 general elections, has vowed to never call Bola Tinubu, the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary, his president.

Bakare, said this on Saturday during a webinar organized by the PTB4Nigeria In Diaspora Group.

Bakare said he would not call Tinubu his president because he believes that the APC presidential primary was marred by irregularities. He also said that he does not share Tinubu's vision for Nigeria.

"I will not call Tinubu my president because I believe that the APC presidential primary was marred by irregularities," Bakare said. "I also do not share Tinubu's vision for Nigeria. I believe that Nigeria needs a president who is honest, competent, and has a clear vision for the country."

It remains to be seen whether Bakare's comments will have any impact on the outcome of the 2023 general elections. However, his stance is a reminder that not everyone is happy with the outcome of the APC presidential primary.

Tinubu will be sworn in as President of Nigeria on Monday, May 29.

Buhari handed over the transition report to Tinubu on Thursday, promising not to disappoint Nigerians.

He promised to handle the country's security and power difficulties, as well as other challenges.
