Dr. Alex Otti, the Governor of Abia State, has recently announced the appointment of thirty new aides. The list of appointees includes some notable figures such as Nwankwo Kanu, a former captain of the Nigerian national football team, and Ugochukwu Okoroafor, a former director of corporate communication at the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The appointments were made official in a statement released by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Kazie Uko.
