Ariana Grande and her real estate agent husband, Dalton Gomez, have reportedly split after two years of marriage.
According to sources, the couple realized that they could not make their relationship work in a post-COVID world, as their fundamental differences became more apparent once COVID restrictions were lifted.
Gomez was said to be taken aback by Grande's celebrity, having never dealt with her schedule and paparazzi while in lockdown.
The couple first separated amicably in January, but decided to give their union another chance in May before ultimately ending things for good.
Despite the split, they are said to be "quietly and lovingly working on their friendship." Grande and Gomez first started dating in early 2020 and tied the knot in May 2021.
