Pete Edochie Expresses Concern Over Failed Marriages Among Nollywood Actresses

Renowned Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, expressed his astonishment at the high rate of failed marriages among actresses in Nigeria.

During a conversation on the 'WithChude' podcast, Edochie referred to Chioma Akpotha, Ireti Doyle, and Tonto Dikeh's unsuccessful marriages. He believes that most women make the mistake of assuming that life is better elsewhere, leading to the breakdown of their unions.

The veteran actor emphasized the importance of taking wedding vows seriously and sticking to them through thick and thin. Edochie also argued that men and women are not equals in the home, citing cultural differences.

Despite the challenges faced by many, Edochie and his wife Josephine have celebrated 53 years of marriage, solidifying his status as a prominent figure in the Nigerian movie industry.
