Labour Party Chieftain Murdered in Shocking Attack in Abia State

A Labour Party leader in Abia State, Mr. Maduka Zachary, has tragically lost his life in a horrifying attack by unidentified gunmen. 

Zachary, who previously served as the Campaign Director General of the LP in the Isiukwuato Umunneochi Federal Constituency, was brutally murdered at his home in Uturu, Isuikwuato Local Government Area of the state. 

Reports indicate that the assailants invaded his residence, killing him and decapitating him. Despite efforts to obtain a response from the Abia State Police Command, no official statement has been provided at this time. 

The President General of the Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL), Goodluck Ibem, confirmed the tragic incident, although details remain limited. 

The Abia State Labour Party Chairman, Mr. CeeKay Igara, also acknowledged the development, leaving the matter in the hands of law enforcement for investigation.
