The Nigerian police have carried out the exhumation of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known as Mohbad, for the purpose of conducting an autopsy.
This action is part of the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding his sudden death.
The Lagos Police image maker wrote: "Exhumation completed. Autopsy to commence. #JusticeForMohad #Justice4Mohbad."
A special investigation team was established by the Lagos State Police Command to look into the matter.
Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, and was buried in Ikorodu, Lagos. His demise, accompanied by videos of him being bullied by his former music label bosses, has stirred outrage among young people in Nigeria.
