The program aims to disburse at least N1.125 trillion to 62 million beneficiaries over the next three months. Each beneficiary will receive N75,000.
The initiative focuses on uplifting poor and vulnerable Nigerians, targeting 15 million households. Other measures include investments in transportation, farmland, food security, and support for SMEs and start-ups.
Tinubu's administration also plans to address unemployment and improve education. The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation emphasized the importance of tackling poverty collaboratively.
